A good honest mechanic. I came in with a blown out tire, they found new tires and installed them right away.
My power steering locked up & I happen to be right in front of Hugo’s. I needed a new alternator, they had me in & out within the hour! Great work, great customer service, highly recommend!
I don’t know if they are busy or not double checking there work. Took a vehicle in for transmission service . And have a new trans pan and gasket installed. By that night my transmission fluid was spill out from the pan. And within a day or so my transmission was empty from leaking all the fluid. Come to find out they left all the bolts lose at the bottom as if they finger tightened them. Good thing this isn’t my daily driver or else a simple service would have turned into a new transmission .. SEEK A BETTER SHOP OR TAKE IT ... read more
I’ve been here a few times, I felt like they were trustworthy until today. Went in complaining of Front brake noise. I was told I needed front brakes estimate was $300. Was then told I also needed rear brakes as well. I told him only do the front since the front was much worse, I told employee I would have my husband do the rear brakes When I came to pick up the car it was over $500 bc he said he misunderstood me and did front and rear.
