Terrible management and wait staff! But great food most of the time, to bad you have people working there that are not concerned about the customers and the success of the business.
Great food horrible waitstaff even worse management. After driving in from the West Fork to get a to go order they let me know that they're not doing to go orders because they're too busy, I suggested to the manager maybe he should post on Facebook to let customers know he told me he wasn't aware that Hugos had a Facebook...really? Not even concerned at all about the customers inconvenience and this is not the first time I've had bad service here, but it will be the last.
I have eaten at Hugo's on an almost weekly basis for over five years. From the food itself to the incredibly friendly and efficient staff, you couldn't ask for a better dining experience. I would recommend Hugo's to anyone that can appreciate a great hamburger.
I have been eating at Hugo's with family and friends since 1980 and it hasn't changed a bit. A basket of fries goes with everything! Awesome as always!
