Although the providers are affable, my family is never seen on time! We are always 30 minutes early, and we won't be seen until 20-30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. I feel like I'm Active Duty again with the "hurry up and wait"! I will say that the clinic is always upkept, and the facility has ample parking.
I was seeking care off base and it was not it. I came from somewhere that had 3 to four months waiting for appts. I had an emergency went to the er and was still in pain and discomfort and crying so i walked into the clinic the next day. they still sent me away and couldn't get me a 48hr follow up with anyone. The pharmacy wait was 4 plus hrs. Was never seen at my appt time and my appts were well over 4hrs. The pediatric clinic is amazing! They are very professional.
Dr. Sharon Gutierrez, was horrible. Way too rough to be handling a newborn.
