I’ve sat here to be seen for alittle over an hour and watched the medics that I was told that were going to see me sit there and talk the front desk personnel are no help this health department needs to change
They never answer the phone
Dr Hart at pharmacy very unprofessional, attitude, thought her way was the right way which was the wrong way, trying to say I couldn't check on my wife's medications, even with her id and information, still she have me attitude and said was my wife able bodied to come to the phone, Dr Hart should be reprimanded for this attitude and poor customer service, and for not following the proper protocol and do it her way, I have done this many times before and never encountered this line of questions from other pharmacists. I was in there with the x-ray department today and they were a hoot! I'm a boring mom who fractured my ankle in a plasma incident. We were rolling in laughter from joking back and forth (I'm always joking and my kid's think it's lame LOL) Thanks for entertaining this boring mom while you worked. I've been anchored to the house since this injury, and It was like a day at the spa 🤣
