If I could give them zero stars I would. They cancelled my daughters appointment 3 times and made me drive there the last time to tell me the NP had an emergency. Really 3 emergencies 🤔 I work at a doctors office and have never seen anything like it. Oh and of course the office manager was not there to complain to. The one time the took me I was there 2 hours for acne 🤬
I have had several visits and a mohs surgery. Like everyone.
Dr. Hugo Paulson is the epitome of excellence in medicine. He took the necessary time to understand my condition, did his check of the area in question, and promptly delivered a course of action. His care and concern for this patient was extremely obvious. English Dermatology is fortunate to have this doctor on their staff. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the excellent work of the nurses who assisted in the procedure performed during my visit. Outstanding work by all involved.
