I give a 1 star only because I can't leave a negative. The nurses are rude and let you know right away that you don't matter. The lab is the most unprofessional group I have ever witnessed. Find another medical clinic, that's what I'm going to do.
The wait time is super long but other than that everything I'm now 12 years got put into foster when I was 6 for 6 years I have been there with my mom a lot her name is Amanda hulsey
Super friendly when my husband and I come in they know who we needed to see for our medical issues with my asthma and my husband's health issues our doctor helps us with those puts us on the medications that we need thank y'all medical clinic for y'all's help
The worst place an staff I ever had to deal with I don't recommend this place to anyone!!! I had a doc appt an waited 2 hours an was never called back to be seen. The staff seen that I was checked in an the doctor had already left an said they were sorry but I would have to reschedule an wouldn't give me my copay back!
I agree with every one of the negative comments on here. I don’t know who does the scheduling but I went yesterday to ask a question that my insurance co was needing to know the answer to. When you call to ask questions they always say that a nurse will get back to you. NOT TRUE!! They DO NOT return calls! That’s why I went in person yesterday.
