I’ve been going to this place for over 10 years. They claim I missed an appointment and wanting to charge me $75 for a no show. although I understand the policy they didn’t tell this when I made a the previous or new appointment. Only by a text they sent the day before. They need to do a better job are making that clear when making the appointment and not a day before. Can’t believe they lost a client for $75.
Dr. Toro took the time not only to explain my blood work results, but also to give some advise in other health topics not related to the blood work. He showed me some Internet sites where I can get more information for my health.
I was very happy with Dr. Toro’s work. He was very attentive to everything I was saying and actively listening. He gave me great feedback and useful information about my health concerns. He was very positive and reassuring while stating the reality of things. In general, it seems to me he was very professional and displayed great knowledge on all the health areas we discussed.
