Didn't remember who I was as far as what he ordered. I asked about a test He said it was fine. He didn't bring in the file or laptop in on me. I was with my caseworker when he said my labs were fine but it was actually positive for hashimotos. He never mentioned it. He would order a test wrong and at the desk I had to get it fixed. I think they should know who they are talking to and bring that info in the room with them.
