Well, Hugo entered the wrong paperwork. Insisted on using his own title people who messed up 3 times. We were supposed to get some items on contract that were not included. Not happy. Very little contact with us. We were the buyers and he was the sellers realtor however he felt like a complete stranger the whole time.
Hugo was the best! He was understanding, patient and willing to give us our space and time to decide when we were in the process of purchasing our home. I highly suggest talking to him, he answered all our questions and guided us on our purchase of our dream home!
