Place is junk. The ownership changed and they jacked up lot rent and they have effectively done nothing to improve the park.
I have family that has lived in the park since 2017. The new owners Summit Management are horrible. Constantly increasing the rules and raising the rent since they took ownership a few years ago. The lot rent here a month is currently $575 and has been increased every year since Summit took over. Most of the people who live here are low income and they have made it so very difficult for them.
