They initially were great in helping source parts for my equipment, but when I asked to take the mower to them for servicing, they told me they were 8 weeks out. I waited 8 weeks and heard nothing back. Called them after 10 weeks and asked if I was still in line to which they replied they were about a week out. I asked them to call me when they were ready for me to bring in the mower. It’s been 4 weeks and crickets.
I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile. Their service is marked by efficiency and punctuality. Helpful staff members, a great product line with fare prices. This is a place you can trust. I will be a repeat customer and recommend this business to all. I felt valued as customer and person. Best company around. Thanks Rodney
