Office staff was very friendly. Not a bad experience, but they only do silver fillings and they did not tell us that until after we were done with the whole appointment I did not want silver so I then had to look for a new dentist. Go get my x-rays and take them with me. This all could’ve been avoided if they would have let me know when I scheduled the appointment that they don’t do anything, but I’m The silver in the back of your mouth
I had a very welcoming experience there, the girls are very nice and efficient and the doc is amazing definitely recommend!
Very professional and friendly. I didn't feel any of the shots for the numbing which is what I was thankful. They also worked with my insurance to see what I qualified for. I recommend them to anyone who wants to have a great experience and pain free. I have been coming to them for 10 years and never had a bad experience from any of the staff.
There was a girl doing X-rays that left the room with her gloves on, came back with the lead vest in her hands and wanted to stick her hands in my mouth with those same gloves. I kindly asked her to put on new gloves and she argued with me about it before putting on new gloves. Then after the X-rays she used santi-wipes to clean off her equipment then went to stick those same gloved hands back in my mouth and when I asked her to change gloves she argued with me again!
