Terrible service at the Orange Park location. Arrived at 10:05 a.m for a 10:15 appointment. Waiting room packed. Receptionist says they overbooked that day and it could be a while. I waited one hour past my appointment time and checked again with receptionist. She said it would be at least another hour. I left and went home to call and reschedule. Called the office. I have experienced such customer service failings with both the Orange Park location and the Fleming Island locations. The surgical team and staff are phenomenal. It is the actual office staff at both locations that need serious training in proper customer service and insurance requirements. With the Fleming Island location, last year our insurance case management had to become involved after the facility (Tameka) kept canceling our follow-up appointments even though we had the proper authorizations in place.
