It's unfortunate I was not able to make an appointment with doctors, due to the rudeness of the receptionist who answers the phone, major turn off. Your first impression when calling a doctors office is the reception one receives when calling; she was a major turn-off, I had to say, I'm taking my business elsewhere. She does not need to be the one answering the phones, when potential clients are wanting to be seen by professionals, whereas she's not!
If you are a patient of Dr. Thompson's you have clearly had an accident. With that said, Dr. Thompson put our daughters femur back together after a horrible head on collision and has been nothing but compassionate, attentive, and did an amazing job! We were told by a Physical Therapist that we hit the "Orthopedic Lottery" with him and we could not agree more.
