Great customer service
Friendly on time. Doctor very knowledgeable and answered questions so we understood
I went to Dr. Fernicola as a follow-up to a visit to Hughston Ortho Urgent. I was very impressed with the speedy service. I got called in less than 5 minutes! Dr. Fernicola was very helpful and explained my knee problem. He gave me a shot and suggested therapy if the problem continued. My only complaint was that it was difficult to find a parking space.
Very friendly and personable staff
As always a very pleasant experience. All staff were polite and helpful. The Dr listened to my answers to the questions and provided reasonable solution.
