He was very patient and i felt comfortable talking to him.
Saw him in 2014 to be evaluated for ADHD. He was out-of-network for my insurance, so he agreed on a lower rate for the evaluation of $350. Never received any bill/mail from him. Now, in 2016, I get a bill for $1250 with a giant PAST DUE stamped on it. I'm a full-time student with loans and no real means to pay that large an amount all of a sudden. This is shady business practice. He verbally agreed on a rate, hoped that I forgot about it, and tried to scare me into paying more 1.5 yrs later
