I have to say that I have never been to a car place where they treated me as respectfully as this shop. They explained every detail of what was wrong with my car to me. My car was with them this past week with lots of issues. They took me back and showed me the underside of my car and let me see and feel what was wrong. I got a very good understanding of what needed to be done and for once did not feel ripped off in the least. The owner was VERY cost conscious for me and showed a great deal of ethics.
