I'm relatively new patient of Dr. Hughes, but i've never seen such gross negligence as I've experienced this week. I called the office to make an appointment to have a tooth extracted and the woman at the front desk was supposed to check with my insurance company to see what it was going to cost me. This is Friday, the office is closed and I did not hear back from her all this week. I don't know what to think about that. I thought I had found a great dentist. RecommendedDr. Hughes is the best dentist ever! I've been a patient for over 15 years and never want to lose him. He's an artist and has diagnosed all my problems correctly and fixed what he felt confident to fix and referred me when I needed more help. I also love Kelly, my hygienist, and Betsy, his receptionist, and his assistants, Sally and Brenda.
Dr. Tim Hughes and his staff are the best they perform at a high level of efficiency and professionalism. The entire staff are very relational, caring and driven to meet or exceed expectations in 15 years my family has never been treated like a number.
Always good to me and my family. They always made us feel like family here.
Dr Hughes and his staff are the best! There is seldom a wait because they are efficient at scheduling. The office staff are friendly and provide a relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Hughes is up on the latest techniques. He's a perfectionist too. He wants your smile to look it's best and helps to make it so. I highly recommend.
Dr. Hughes's office is a well-staffed and professional dr.'s office. I have very little waiting time and usually don't wait at all for my appointments. I especiallly appreciate the no to low wait times since most Dr. offices keep us waiting and waiting. The front office staff is kind, courteous and quick to help. Dr. Hughes does a great job. We highly recommend him and his office.
