After making the switch to Hughes, we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Their customer service and responsiveness to our plumbing supply needs have exceeded anything we’ve encountered in the industry. Tom and Martin are always quick to respond, regardless of the time, and working with a team that genuinely prioritizes their customers has been a refreshing change.
Its a friendly place, though lacking knowledge in some areas. Its kind of far out there for me. They offer coffee and soda which is an unusual boon. Their prices are slightly above average, but if you need plumbing supplies...
