The guy at the front sells counter was rude and dismissive. Awful customer service.
Not a contractor in the field. Just an average joe homeowner DIY guy trying to save and save I did :) . They had all the parts I needed to get My Bradford water heater up and running. No need for sitting around waiting on uncertain shipment during the upcoming holiday. The staff was very approachable and helpful. Only issue I had was the major part purchased which was the most expensive was not correct even though recommended by the back office warehouse.
