We've had a terrible experience with Hughes Supply Showroom. We actually bought knobs/pulls from them. They said they would take a week to arrive, and now it's been a month. The worst part is that they said they would keep us updated, would check things out and get back to us, etc., but they have done none of that. We're still waiting for what we bought, and I've now left multiple messages and am getting ghosted. Terrible customer service. Also, I am a business owner and hate to write a bad review for anyone!
Wow I have never experienced a more disrespectful business in my life. Bought some parts the other day ended up not working and had to go another route. Sent my employee to return the parts and there employees were more than rude. Were talking crap to there other colleagues about us returning the parts right in front of my employee. I was about to open up an account there as we do a ton of business in Fort Collins and usually use other suppliers but will definitely not be now. These guys are so great!! We came in needed help figuring out how to set up of sink and they all jumped right on it even though they were close to closing that day. They found the most cost effective way to help us out and helped us understand! Yall rock!
