6/3/26 I purchased a thermostat $126.00 I had Dalton’s A/C come to set up but was unable to get my unit working. I then had Ferrel Air (GREAT COMPANY) they discovered that the thermostat that I purchased on the 3rd was no good. On 6/23/26 I attempted to return the faulty thermostat. The gentleman be the desk accused me of trying to return a thermostat that I did not purchase from them. I had the receipt which identified the thermostat as the one I purchased. What a way to run a business!

BUYER BEWARE! I went in this morning to get a 20' stick of M type copper, 2 no hubs, 2 water heater supply lines, a 2" abs mip, a 3/4" ball valve, and 2 2" abs 90s. I almost swiped my card when I realized he said is was $592... I asked why it was so expensive and if it was the copper to take it off, cause I can get that at home depot for about 5x less. He then fixed the price down to $169. PAY ATTENTION or they will charge you 5x the normal price. You're better off just going to the home depot down the road.
