Phillip was rude. Not helpful at all. I was more of a burden than a customer. How are you going to require customers to wear masks and not the employees. I’ll wait for Baker to order the parts I need.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!. The part came in, but the sale of our motor was held up a full week because no one there knew how to set up our account to sell the part to us. Show me one person that doesn't mind their HVAC system being down for an EXTRA WEEK because of incompetence. It was the only place to have this unique motor, so we had to wait.
