Recently purchased a Ramp Rack System from the good folks at UTILITOUGH for our new lawn care business. Working with Michelle was delightful. The unit I purchased had been stored out in the elements and had some cosmetic deficiencies which I was compensated for. All in all I am very satisfied with my experience and will be ordering my accessory units from them in the near future.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Terrible place to work. The air conditioner is broken most of the year and they make their own (machine) maintenance guys "fix" it. The buildings don't have proper air flow throughout all of the buildings so it gets stuffy and the fumes just sit in the air. Staff is underpaid and under appreciated. You don't get raises unless you keep asking and pleading. Some employees have to climb on top of the machines to perform certain tasks with no safety harnesses.
