This is the worst nightmare of a company one can deal with. Stay away! Mr Hugh is a person who has under the table deals with some of the board of directors people and his staff are the rudes and most incompetent women one can hire! They hang up the phone everytime we try to call and ask something and forget that our townhouse association pays their salaries. Scammers, uneducated people running the office, protecting like dogs the boss Mr Hugh who is notorious in the community for his shadiness and unprofessionalism. They are ruining our community and need to get out. Those suburbs are not the ghetto and this company cannot treat us like this. They try to find anything to fine us, refuse to answer questions to clarify what needs to be done and refuse to have anyone directly speak to the notorious Mr HUGH. NO STARS!!!!! This management company is absolutely horrible! They do not help resolve any issues, we keep calling and emailing and no response. Lynn hangs up the phone while I'm still speaking. Where is the professionalism? This management company should be out of business! They are rude, nasty and not worthy of any kind of money. All the negative reviews sound just about right. No professionalism at all. I'm sickened that we have this corrupt agency in charge of our sub-division...but what can I expect, our board members are corrupt as well. Time to move as we see our sub-division crumbling. This management needs to just go away. BTW ZERO STARS
