Update: The brain trust, "grounds person", successfully killed almost all of the crepe myrtle trees in the complex. It takes mad skills to kill one of these trees, much less 7. I haven't seen him standing around vaping, so I guess he no longer kills trees at The Waverly. So now we have dead trees, dead shrubs, and debris piles all while our rent has increased $115 over the past 2 years. I have emailed Hughes without a response multiple times. Update: i have been without AC for 5 days. I have called 3 times without response. All of the other issues below have still not been addressed. The grass is also knee high and needs to be mowed. Over the past 2 years, The Waverly Apartments have literally went to the dogs. There is dog feces all over the grounds. The "grounds person" walks around vaping and ruining our landscaping.
