Update: The brain trust, "grounds person", successfully killed almost all of the crepe myrtle trees in the complex. It takes mad skills to kill one of these trees, much less 7. I haven't seen him standing around vaping, so I guess he no longer kills trees at The Waverly. So now we have dead trees, dead shrubs, and debris piles all while our rent has increased $115 over the past 2 years. I have emailed Hughes without a response multiple times.
