I walked into Hughes Kitchen and Bath in Scottsdale looking for parts. The woman at the entrance kindly walked me to the parts/supply department. Though they didn't carry the part I needed, they referred me to other businesses that might have the part. Based on this professional customer service, I decided to purchase a new faucet instead and really wanted to give this smaller company my business vs. the larger mega showrooms. This location has a beautiful, huge showroom. Actually seeing the products in person was so helpful. Ashley was incredibly knowledgable about the products, cared about hearing exactly what I wanted, and brought my vision to life! We were able to get everything I needed ordered right away and it will all be delivered promptly. The stress of this remodel was immediately lifted off of my shoulders as soon as I walked out the door! Thank you Ashley for your incredible service!
