On a referral from a neighbor we called the Hughes company to perform a maintenance inspection on our air conditioner. The inspection revealed a couple of issued on the unit itself which were corrected on the spot. A larger issue was found in the return system including holes in the tubing which was not the proper tubing for on the ground applications. The woman who answers the phone was so terribly rude there. I asked to speak to the owner and was told "well I'm the office manager and it me or NOTHING!" And then she hung up on me. I was simply trying to make a business to business call as I work at another local company but apparently the office manager determines things without asking what it is in regards to and she handles things with alot of anger too! Your loss...
I I would like to apologize to mr and mrs Hughes for a review sent by my tenent 2 days ago. Mr Hughes was hired 20 yrs ago by my husband to do the HVAC work on our duplex. He has never let us down. My husband died 6 yrs ago and Pat and Richard Hughes have always treated me with caring & respect. Everything from A/C emergency’s to replacing ductwork, to replacing parts, to replacing the units, he has alway made sure I get the best equipment for a good price.
