I wrote about my experience with Dr Hughes and his wonderful staff on my Facebook page today..... I had been in horrible pain and Aspen Dental (plover) was able to see me this past Tuesday ..... They did nothing to help except try to schedule me for appointments to replace old crowns..... I had a root canal about 3 months ago and still had some root tissue and an infection and they sent me on my way without any help .... I did receive a cost estimate from them regarding the suggested crown replacements they said I needed....... read more

All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know the equipment and Mike's knowledge very current. Everyone in my community knows that they are among the best in the field. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was very clean. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment

Dentist I use to go to Dr Hughes, but every time I went their and had appointments. I had to sit for long periods of time. I found out later, that he was taking appointments from people that had problems. Which I can understand, but those appointments should be made later, and they should have to wait. The ones that have appointments should not be the ones to be kept waiting. PROS: He knew what he is doing CONS: Do not like to sit and wait for a hour or 2 when I have a appointment.
