Hughes was my exterminator for bugs, and I thought they would be good for rodents, too. Not the case, they never showed up for service after I signed a contract. I will find a dependable exterminator I can rely on! Unprofessional and just out for a dollar, not for customer service. BEWARE!
excessively pushy and poorly communicative tech
Hughes Exterminators completed a WDO inspection for me during a house purchase. Everyone that I have spoken with has been professional, helpful, and communicative including the office and Chris who did the inspection. They were able to complete the inspection very timely. & honestly, Chris arrived before myself or agent did. If you’re looking for a pest control company with all the knowledge that goes above and beyond every time, look no further. After dealing with a bug problem for 2 months and speaking to 6 different companies, Hughes is the only one who offered to look at the bugs under a microscope and actually diagnose the issue. They came out to do an inspection, showed where potential issues could arise, and got us back in working order in the blink of an eye.
