I have been a loyal customer of Hughes and before that, Extermatech, for almost 40 years. As a Realtor, every termite inspection for my customers has been handled by Hughes/Extermatech. For my personal properties, they have been my "go to". A few months ago we had a concern about some wood shavings. Their representative (I think his name is Eric) came out and told us we had carpenter bees. He was supposed to get back to us with a treatment method. He never followed up. I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent interaction I had with your customer service department. I contacted Hughes Exterminators (Tampa) to review a WDO report that reflected a clear inspection. During a separate home inspection, the inspector noted some white spots and recommended a second opinion. I called simply to ask whether your team could review the photos to ease concern.
