STEER CLEAR. Not good lawyers to hire at all. I was in 2 car accidents which they represented me, but they favored one car accident over the other (okay, fine) because it was a hit from behind by a cell phone driver not paying attention in a work vehicle. This office is a joke. My daughter was involved in a lawn mower accident. She has had 4 different lawyers. The lawyer was nice when I spoke to her. I did all the work for them. ALL THE WORK. Then when it is time to go to court for settlement, they mispelled our names and place of incident. I showed them the error and they said their defense counsel will not be able to fix in time before court date which is 7 days away. It's a word document. They want their 33,000. out of 100,000. Do your self a big favor, Stay away from Huges and Coleman. They will lie to you , They will do what ever it takes to get their pockets full and leave you with nothing. They will say that you agreed to things that you never talk to them about at all. Any thing to get their part of the money and leave you with nothing. You will need to hire another lawyer in order to deal with them.( stay away from the ambulance chasers )

I am having similar problems to the last post. My attorney has quit or was fired but anyhow she is no longer there. I feel that they are extremely inept, incompetent, untrained, or maybe they just don't care. Good luck getting the people they hire to answer phones or to even call you back (why) I think they are quasi para legals that sound like they just graduated high school. I would honestly look elsewhere. The settlement was not huge it was sub par at best, I think my daughter could have negotiated a better offer.

DO NOT use this law firm if you've been in an AUTO ACCIDENT! – I was in an auto accident, and was recommended this firm by a friend that was using them for a workman's compensation case. I've witnessed how often she got to speak to her lawyer in person and on the phone, her case manager was a sweet heart and they sent her to an AMAZING doctor... Me?
