My husband had tires put on his truck less than two months ago. Last week he was t-boned totaling the truck. Heather was so helpful getting us a copy of our receipt for insurance purposes. Customer service is alive and well at Hughes Bros .

I would not recommend Hughes Bros to anyone. The owner requires the employees to sell new tires to customers whether we need them or not. John A. pays commission to each sales person so he can remain the top salesman in the state. I believe there are only two reputable sales people of mechanics, Eddie T. and Don in the entire business. They installed a used set of tires on my daughter's truck for $200. and they were wore our with the cords showing. They would not install another set. The guy who installed the tires had to know the tires were no good. She had to go buy more tires. They suck!
