Came today to Hughes Automotive needing to get my plugs and wires changed as I had to go to a shop to get them done. He was very kind on the phone and the same in person in person. He was quick on the repair and was a great conversation while I waited for it. Mentioned to him about my window not going down all the way from a previous lock smith messing with it and he was kind enough to take a look and now helping with it. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me out and highly recommend him.
We have taken several vehicles to Jamie's shop over the past 6 years. He works with us to keep our older vehicles running and always charges us a fair price. We trust him completely. We were so sad when the shop moved farther away, but we still take our vehicles to him. It's worth the drive!
Excellent mechanic, his word is his honor. He obviously takes pride in his work. Recommend Hughes absolutely!!
Initial impressions are all favorable. Vehicle had issue. Problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected. Easy drop-off/pick-up procedures. Price was in line with other shops. Turn around time was EXCELLENT (less than a day). We will update this review after we've driven the vehicle a few miles...stay tuned ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Long term, the repair has absolutely held-up to daily use.👍🏼
I’m very happy with the quality and honesty of Hughes. I moved out of state two years ago and used GM service to do all the maintenance of my vehicle, until this week. A week ago they found multiple issues and quoted $900 in repairs. I took it to Hughes for a second opinion, I’m glad I did! A couple repairs quoted by GM were not necessary. I appreciate the honesty, prompt service, and saving me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. You have one loyal customer for life. Thank you.
