Great experience. Nick was very responsive and turned our appraisal around quickly.
Excellent service and turnaround time. Nick was flexible when my tenant wouldn't allow him entrance and made a special trip back to complete the job. Would highly recommend!
I got Nick's name from a realtor and called for an appointment. Nick was professional, friendly, and trustworthy. This service isn't inexpensive, but Nick's prices aligned with the few other property appraisers I called. I would highly recommend his detailed service and his follow-up to make sure I was satisfied with his appraisal, and made himself available for any questions I might have. He was great!
