Beware of unreasonable behaviours by staff when things go wrong. Hughenden Auto staff failed to collect my car for repair on the date agreed. They failed to answer my telephone calls for an explanation. They refused to do the repairs in good time when I visited them for an explanation. I was offered a date two weeks ahead. I told them that this was not suitable and that I would try another repairer. Fantastic service from Jon and his team, I got caught out with a flat battery and they couldn't have been more helpful. Ultra rapid service and got me back on the road straight away. Highly recommended.

Avoid at any cost! Conning people I left my car BMW 520d to diagnose the problem of no heating for front wind screen on 18th January 2022. They charged me 45 minutes of labour for identifying that battery is too low and heating problem still exist. Most of the garages do it for free! . I would not have known about this until I went to Halfords for second opinion next day. They did not charge me a penny and provided details of battery health check and other 5 points winter check. Friendly to start with but after 4 weeks waiting for the parts to arrive, and constantly being told the part is on back order (with no expected delivery date), I moved the car to another local garage. The new garage had the part delivered and fitted within 3 days. Strange experience.........
