Beware of unreasonable behaviours by staff when things go wrong. Hughenden Auto staff failed to collect my car for repair on the date agreed. They failed to answer my telephone calls for an explanation. They refused to do the repairs in good time when I visited them for an explanation. I was offered a date two weeks ahead. I told them that this was not suitable and that I would try another repairer.
