Disappointed that after a call asking for help to replace a battery in a window I was told they did not do that for customers. I explained my husband was deployed & was unsure of battery type & no idea which sensor it was exactly & told to call & someone could walk me through. Disappointed in lack of service.
Hughco Alarms is seriously the best alarm service!! We have used them for years at home & at work. I highly recommend them!
