Best doctor I ever had. Very patient, thorough and understanding. I have referred him to many people. I drove past the Roswell office and noticed they moved which is what brought me to his website and reminded me that I need to make an appointment soon.
I was so excited about becoming Dr. Frederick's new patient after reading such great reviews. However, my experience was very disappointing. When I called to make an appointment, I was told I would need to wait 10-14 days to become a new patient because they would need to see my medical records first to even consider accepting me. This is very disheartening, especially because I am 9 weeks pregnant, a healthy 33-year-old female. I am a new patient and expected fully that I would have to wait months to see the Doctor. Nope!! They were able to get in me in front of Dr. Frederick within a week. Not only did I get a quick appointment, but the check in was all digital and super fast. The best part is Dr. Frederick took the time to actually sit down, make eye contact, and listen to what I needed. He didn’t just run in and out, and he never once looked at his watch.
