I purchased a new 2026 Traverse on Tuesday from Hugh White Chevrolet in Lancaster. Many thanks to my salesman, Bill Matson! You have taken wonderful care of me since I bought my ‘97 Astro back in 1996! This now makes my 4th Traverse! Hopefully you can help me with the next one as well!
Not sure where these high ratings are coming from. Since my last visit I have sworn not to shop for used vehicles here. We drove here to check out Stock # 35546381. At first glance the vehicle hadn't been washed outside. The interior should have been an embarrassment to the dealership. Leather seats needed cleaned, lots of human hair in the door compartments, on the floor and in the console. Lots of cat hair in the hatch area.
