I had a great experience with Hugh White Nissan. It started with great communication from Megan over the phone. Larry Martin was great on the day of the sale . Also Dan on the service side and Josh with the finances.
They treat women with NO respect call the men of the family …. Laugh make excuses, yet the WOMAN is the one who KNOWS what is wrong as she is the one who has driven it the 1,700 miles Yet the woman is PAYING for the vehicle and dropping vehicle off for service ..: last vehicle I will lease or purchase from here, NOT to mention my 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum purchased/leased on March 10, 2026 is already in the shop since May 21, 2026…. Holiday weekend granted …. Never again
Service and Nissan's warranty is horrible. 2024 Sentra is still under warranty. Hugh White wants $205 dollars just to diagnose what I already know is wrong. What goods a warranty that doesn't cover getting anything fixed? I'll never deal with Hugh White or buy a Nissan product again if this is the normal. Buyer beware. Edit to this. When I purchased the car from Hugh White it was explained that the warranty was extended if financed through Nissan, which it is.
