David Sasso was absolutely amazing helping me with a third party warranty company while my car was being worked on, he kept me filled in on all the details, always returned my phone calls quickly and left informational voicemails when I didn’t answer. As well as helped with the whole process making sure we followed the correct procedure for the warranty company since I was confused on how it worked, absolute professional.
BUYERS BEWARE I purchased a car from Hugh White about 5 days ago. The salesman was really nice and easy to work with. They got me approved and had me on my way. Unfortunately, I made it home not even five minutes away and the engine light came on. The car shakes when it hits 65mph and you can hear a grinding when you go to brake. I took the car back immediately, (maybe 10 minutes later) and they did agree to change the throttle body. However, one mechanic says its the wheel bearing and another says probably the tires.
