Horrible customer service!!!!! I filed bankruptcy with Robert Pierce in 2015 and it was easy, simple, great communication while dealing directly with Robert. Now he has his paralegals managing the case and it’s the slowest, non contact experience. I highly recommend find somewhere else! I call and leave voicemail messages and send messages on the portal for them to respond days later if that. It’s like I have to harass them to call me back. I paid in full on day one. I didn’t pay a deposit. Don’t do it go somewhere else!
