Quite thorough

Does not listen to patients and thinks he is right about everything. I was unaware that he did not specialize in sleep disorders like Narcolepsy. Pushes the CPAP on everyone and fails to listen to people when they express issues like increased illness, more fatigue and increased snoring. Not compassionate, nor is he knowledgable about most things involving ones overall health.

The doctor always seems to be in a hurry, which is a real problem when I'm dealing with ongoing sleep problems. At my last appointment, I hadn't slept well for weeks and my sleep-deprived brain was struggling to remember and articulate things. We didn't really solve any of the problems I'd been experiencing and I ended up (finally) figuring it out on my own at home. Maybe if he'd spent more than a few minutes, actually listened, and took the time to solve the problem, it would have been worth the visit.

Very brush and does not listen to the patient very well. Treats women like men when it comes to prescribing sleep equipment...i.e. gave me ResMed Airsense 10 instead of Airsense 10 for Her which is a machine made for women's specific sleep patterns and needs. I tell him the machine is blowing too much air at night, wakes me up, asked him to lower the pressure but would not. He is arrogant and does not listen to the patients needs!!!

The office staff and respiratory therapists are awesome. Dr. Wong was very brush. It seemed like he didn't approve of my medical history, even arguing that I should not be taking some meds without asking why I take them. He's probably competent, but his dr/patient interactions need a lot of help.

Went to get a prescription to get my bipap. He asked why i had not been in the past few years, told him there was no reason to come in unless i needed s script like today, to get my machine fixed.......his attitude to a quick turn when i said i needed all the paperwork work to take to Broadway Home Medical to get my machine fixed. He said it will be faxed and i said no i must carry it to them when i leave here. He then took me to a woman i presimed to be his nurse or assistant that again told me she would fax the script.
