I had the most bizarre and frankly, unpleasant experience of dealing with Justine Beveridge. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I had messaged her once or twice previously about a rental property in the new building Monaco, which she seems to have had a lot of listings within. None worked out, I never got the chance to apply due to the “no dogs policy” which is fine, completely understandable. The 1 star reviews are accurate. I would never let a family member move into any place managed by Verna. Renter beware. Owners beware. This company really needs to do an investigation into SOME of their people. To those that care about the owners and renters, kudos! Thanks! You rock! But verna needs some remedial training in communication and management
I hope Verna has a day as pleasant as she is. Never had the worst displeasure to meet another human being with poor communication
