Well, It may have been a rainy day in Crescent Beach but, I encountered a ray of sunshine in Justine Beveridge with a viewing there this afternoon. Justine was extremely knowledgeable about the property and it's amenities. She knew every tenant in the building and gave me a good idea as to what I would be paying with utilities and how the parking situation would work for the property - that's a big deal down here. I had the most bizarre and frankly, unpleasant experience of dealing with Justine Beveridge. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I had messaged her once or twice previously about a rental property in the new building Monaco, which she seems to have had a lot of listings within. None worked out, I never got the chance to apply due to the “no dogs policy” which is fine, completely understandable.
