This was my second visit for the same procedure done before. I was checked in and my appt started at the time scheduled. Everyone very helpful and kind. Dr M explained the procedure. Asked if I had any concerns. Answered my ? And proceeded with the injection. he made sure I was comfortable and told me everything he was doing, I felt secure in his care. It went very well under his care.
Very quickly in calling me for appointments.
He was very attentive to the fact that I was extra sensitive that day and gave me an extra numbing shot. I really appreciate his awareness to my pan. Thank you Dr.McDermett .
