If I could leave a zero I would. My appointment was at 9:30 was not called back until 10:45 and did not leave until 12:15. She came in and asked if I was a Christian which is none of her business and since I have tattoos I am a bad person. SHe told me that I needed to seek God and start praying and all my problems would disappear. Robin the nurse was very rude to me . My appointment was on time, no delay! Dr. Howard listened to all my concerns. What he recommended was the right treatment for my condition. Very knowledgeable of the latest medical discovers.

Dr ok but his office staff is horrible. The dont return calls lose records and blood work consistently. Would not recommend

On several occasions Dr. Howard correctly diagnosed conditions affecting both my wife and me when other doctors / facilities had not. He is able to refer patients to the best specialists the first time. My wife credits him with saving her life when she had a severe blood clot issue. His staff is friendly and helpful and he is very accessible. We were lucky to get him as our primary care physician when our former one abruptly disappeared several years ago.

I called for 4 days to get my grandmother’s medications refilled. When I was finally able to reach someone they told me they would send the refills to the pharmacy in 30 minutes. 2 hours later the medicine still was not in the pharmacy. The receptionist said that if I kept calling they would discharge my grandmother from the practice. My grandmother is a stroke patient and cannot call in herself which is the reason I was calling. If you care about your loved ones do not bring them here!

Extremely unprofessional. I made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance, and even got a text message confirming the appointment. The day of it, I got a phone call telling me the appointment was cancelled because the doctor was not accepting new patients.

If you have Marketplace Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, I would recommend a different doctor. Before going to doctor Howard I verified with the girl at the front desk my insurance was covered before making an appointment. Ends up they don't cover the Yearly Wellness Visit (physical with bloodwork). I've had Marketplace insurance for 8 years and have always got my included benefits I've paid for with other doctors. The staff is extremely unhelpful and don't care to help in any way. I'm still waiting on a return call after s... read more

I have been seeing Dr. Durrance for most of my adult life. He brings knowledge of a Pharmacist and MD expertise which is very rare. He is also very clear about making sure you are following basic yearly checkups IE. Eye, Dentist, Colonoscopy, Dermatologist. He is not and "in & out" Doctor, he takes time with you and very detailed of what he wants you to do. If you have to wait a little longer to see him only means he is spending the needed time with another patient. I can appreciate that attention to detail..
