I love my NP I see there she is amazing and aways helpful. I really like Leanna she's a good NP to have.
I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed in Hugh Chatham Family Medicine. The primary issue is their complete lack of responsiveness when it comes to answering phone calls. Communication is a vital aspect of any medical practice, and it is shocking to see how poorly this office manages it. On multiple occasions, I attempted to reach out to schedule an appointment, discuss a concern, or even inquire about basic information. Been with this office for over 2 years. Today I get informed I can't see the Dr. Because they don't accept my insurance and have never accepted my insurance... Very unprofessional
I called the office this morning to see if they could work me in to test for strept, they told me to come right in. I was seen immediately & told they would call with my results in 30 minutes.. I waited 2 hours & then called the office & no one answered, I left a message with No response. Their hours are posted open till 5, but apparently they closed @ lunch for the day!! Dr Beras is rude and does not care for her patients fully. She took over my case when Ryan left and has been nothing but rude and condescending. She reported she was something she was not during an appointment that was false and felt like entrapment. It has been a month since my review and I have not been contacted.
