I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed in Hugh Chatham Family Medicine. The primary issue is their complete lack of responsiveness when it comes to answering phone calls. Communication is a vital aspect of any medical practice, and it is shocking to see how poorly this office manages it. On multiple occasions, I attempted to reach out to schedule an appointment, discuss a concern, or even inquire about basic information. Been with this office for over 2 years. Today I get informed I can't see the Dr. Because they don't accept my insurance and have never accepted my insurance... Very unprofessional
I called the office this morning to see if they could work me in to test for strept, they told me to come right in. I was seen immediately & told they would call with my results in 30 minutes.. I waited 2 hours & then called the office & no one answered, I left a message with No response. Their hours are posted open till 5, but apparently they closed @ lunch for the day!!
