Prior to making this appointment, we called to see if they had everything in office to do wart removal. They said they could do it. Waited two weeks for an appointment and took the morning off work to go. After paying co-pay and filling out all the paperwork and waiting to be seen, I was informed they were out of all the necessary equipment to remove the wart. I like the office, and my wife has been going here since she's a kid. Since all the admin changes have happened a couple years ago it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. They want a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment, we've tried for since yesterday morning to talk to someone.
Dr hitchner is the only dr I have had in the last 20 years that actually listened to me and didn't act like I was just complaining. She has helped me more than any dr has in a long time. She actually called me and went over my test results herself. Makes me feel like she actually cares about me and my problems
