This is the best office we have in Elkin! Everyone is so nice and friendly! Marion is a wonderful provider and always listens and is willing to do anything to help! Kasi is a wonderful assistant! She goes above and beyond to do anything you need! She is always quick to respond to my messages and gets things done quickly!
I love being a patient in this practice. I feel seen and heard which is a rarity in Healthcare today. I want to shout out Kasi especially because she helps above and beyond what I expect. She and Marion work so very well together. They are the dynamic duo that helps me live my healthiest life. I can 10 out of 10 recommend.
When I moved to NC I was searching for a family doctor. By chance I got an appointment with Marion Alexander and have never been happier. She is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I am very grateful for Marion and her staff. Marion always listens to my concerns and explains my treatment plan. She answers all my questions without making me feel rushed. Kaisi is warm, professional, and efficient...always makes me at ease when she is taking my vitals. She is an asset to Marion's office.
