My Husband has been hospitalized due to finding out he is Septic, the infection is in his blood stream and possibly some of his Bone structure in his Foot.... This happened after they removed his *Palangies (Toe Bones), along with part of his *Metatarsals (Fore Fout Bones) in October of 2025- Long Story Short this has been an ongoing problem...... My mother was seen here on the 26th of January with complaints of shortness of breath and flu like symptoms. The ED did a chest xray and a 4 plex! She was flu a positive. No further tests were done! No labs, CT, nothing. She returned on the 28th with worsening shortness of breath, she was admitted to ICU! In ICU, I requested blood gasses and a Ct for 3 days and was brushed off and not listened too, although I did inform them that I too am an RN and I work in emergency medicine a few hours away!
