Somewhat rude
Receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful to patients. I went to this office as a patient requesting documentation of my physical examination that was completed last week as well as the results of my laboratory testing. She stated that she cannot give me this information. As I proceeded to ask questions and explain why I needed this documentation, the receptionist would ignore my question and proceed to type on her computer instead of responding to my questions.
