Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this gastroenterologist's office? They were average Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Was this gastroenterologist friendly? Extremely Friendly Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. My Mother had an appointment for a procedure and called the Answering service in the Early morning because my mother was not able to keep the prep down so it would not do any good to have procedure, and asked them to have Dr. Huggins to call me. When he arrived in office, that there was not an emergency to wake him up. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this gastroenterologist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
