Wow! What generous service. Vickie not only helped us with our last-minute efforts to find a Regence replacement, she spent two hours to help find us get a good fit. I owe her lunch and a bouquet!
Strangely, I called in to ask if I could buy home insurance for my closing this afternoon, and they said "no." They only knew my last name and the fact that I wanted to buy home insurance. So... I'm not sure what to say. The receptionist was really nice, though.
