I’ve had Dion as an agent since my early twenties, I don’t know if she just isn’t fond of me but she refuses to work with me on rates and I have been able to find more affordable, better coverage elsewhere. Again, I know older women can be miserable and vindictive but I just don’t know what I did to piss Dion off. Wow! What generous service. Vickie not only helped us with our last-minute efforts to find a Regence replacement, she spent two hours to help find us get a good fit. I owe her lunch and a bouquet!
Strangely, I called in to ask if I could buy home insurance for my closing this afternoon, and they said "no." They only knew my last name and the fact that I wanted to buy home insurance. So... I'm not sure what to say. The receptionist was really nice, though.
David White has gone above and beyond getting us the best rate for our new business. He is a straight shooter and you really do get a sense that he is on your side. Thank you David for your superb service.
